Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Busy, a to-do app provided by MH Works Limited ("we", "us", "our") at get-busy.app. By creating an account or using Busy, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. The service
Busy is a personal to-do and notebook app. We currently offer it free of charge and may change, add or remove features over time.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for the activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you think your account has been compromised. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country, and at least 13.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Busy for anything unlawful, or to store or share illegal content
- attempt to break, overload, probe or disrupt the service or its security
- access other users' data, or use the service to infringe others' rights
- resell or abuse the service or its API beyond reasonable personal use
4. Your content
You own the notebooks, tasks and notes you create. You grant us the limited licence needed to store, process and display that content so we can provide the service to you (for example, syncing it across your devices). You are responsible for the content you put into Busy.
5. Connected apps
You can connect third-party assistants (such as Claude) to act on your tasks. You do this at your own discretion, and the assistant acts with the access you grant it. You can revoke that access at any time under Notebooks → Connected apps. We are not responsible for third-party services you choose to connect.
6. Availability and "as is"
We work to keep Busy available and reliable, but it is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your data will never be lost. Please keep your own copies of anything important.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MH Works Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of Busy. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Termination
You can stop using Busy and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or if we need to for legal, security or operational reasons.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will post the updated terms here with a new effective date. Continuing to use Busy after that means you accept the changes.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
